【Features】 ■ It has the structure of general polyurethane foam, where the membranes remaining between the holes are completely eliminated through special physical processing, achieving a high porosity. This allows for a high dust collection rate with low pressure loss, demonstrating excellent filtration performance. ■ Cell size can be selected according to application. It has uniformly sized cells, with a wide range of cell sizes available from 8 to 80 cells/25mm (the average hole diameter ranges from approximately 3000μm to 300μm). ■ It excels in various chemical properties such as chemical resistance. For applications requiring oil resistance, the MF series (ester) is available. For applications requiring water resistance and moisture heat aging resistance, the CF series (ether) is provided.
